IDEAL USE:

• Diffusion: Add about 10-15 drops (depending on preference) to your diffuser.
• Inhalation to decongest the nose: Add 3 drops of essential oils to a bowl of hot water. Cover the head with a towel and place it in front of the bowl. Inhale deeply for 2 minutes and blow your nose as needed.
• Create a spa atmosphere in the bathroom: Add 3 drops of essential oils in a reusable cotton (or a small towel). Place the cotton between the towels to perfume them or wet the cotton with hot water from the shower and place it in a corner of the shower for a "hamam" atmosphere.
