My name is Hinatea Lai, originally from Tahiti, French Polynesia, and I am the soul
behind Espace Hina. Passionate about personal development, I deeply aspire - through breathwork, self-hypnosis, energy healing and journaling (introspective exercises) - to help people find their inner power, their sovereignty and discover their unlimited potential.
My life journey and experiences have led me to believe in the vital importance of revealing our true “self”/essence in order to cultivate a life aligned with our
deepest aspirations. My mission is to make you aware that
you are MASTER of your life and that YOU are in control; that you are
able to be, do and have everything you want, on one condition: taking responsibility for your choices and your well-being.
